Who are we?

The Sports Council of Les Garrigues is a public and social interest entity that works to guarantee access to educational sports at all levels. We coordinate school programs, regional activities, and community projects with a cross-cutting and inclusive approach that is close to the municipalities.

Our mission connects educational institutions, municipalities, clubs, families, and professionals to create real opportunities for sports participation. We support every initiative with pedagogical criteria, technical guidance, and responsible planning so that sports become a tool for personal growth and social cohesion.

We work closely, prioritizing quality of service, project sustainability, and equal opportunity, with the goal of making the Garrigues a vibrant and healthy region committed to educational values.

Objectives

We are working to establish an educational sports network that reaches all municipalities in the region and integrates school, family, and community into a single social development strategy.

We want to increase participation in school and community programs, strengthen the training of technical teams, optimize available public resources, and ensure that every activity has a clear pedagogical approach consistent with the Council's values.

Our objectives also include strengthening institutional coordination, generating long-term sustainable projects, and promoting active lifestyles that improve the well-being of citizens from childhood through adulthood.
