EMPIC Program

The Sports Council of Les Garrigues is affiliated with the EMPIC program, a platform of local services for the elderly of Les Garrigues, from the Garrigues County Council, where our task is to bring physical activity that provides the individual learning of skills to address physical problems, foster an improvement in social relationships and contribute to the emotional well-being of the older adult population of Les Garrigues.

Gentle gymnastics

Low-intensity physical exercises for joint mobility, muscle toning, postural hygiene, etc., will be performed to improve physical fitness and psychomotor skills.
